Where’s my application gone

Three weeks ago I sent an application form to join the Autosleeper owners club but still no cards want to check they got it 
Is there an email address to whoever deals with applications thanks

My wife Jean is the Membership Secretary of ASOC. Jean responded to an email from the OP earlier today explaining why it took 3 weeks. Just for information, the application forms go via the A-S factory at Willersey (ASOC registered office). depending upon which day the application arrived at Willersey, it may have sat there for up to a week as the secretary there posts all ASOC mail on a Friday afternoon. Last week we spent in Keswick and returned on Saturday to find the Willersey post waiting on the doormat when we returned. Jean processed the application yesterday (Sunday) and the new member pack was posted today 2nd class. Application forms are always processed within 2 working days of receipt but using our Bourton can mean the applications are not received until we return home. we hope you understand.

seems every time i go on there site get abseloutly nowhere
does anybody know of a problem on there site ???

Had an email from them this morning, they are having problems with the website today.

The website did crash. The main site has been restored but there are many sub links to restore that all have to be done manually, fortunately its pouring down at the webmasters home so it may all be done today.

Yes, still the same. I can access both main site and members area but many of the links have not been re-activated yet.

I believe its almost done, just a few more download links to sort in the member area.
