Nice to see Joe has rocked up in Rome to see Jorge for a few days, with his 80 plus vehicle cavalcade mostly flown in from the good ol' US of A.

Somewhat hypocritical it is true

But then is it any more than the darling of the tree huggers Greta sailing to New York just to make a point when the boat was about the most synthetic collection of plastic on the ocean.

Now if they had found a wooden hulled square rigger to make the journey that might have made a real statement.

I read 25,000 delegates are coming to COP26 from 200 countries, that's 125 for each country.
Are they all really necessary or are they just coming for a jamboree..?
I dread to think of the carbon footprint.

A jamboree in Glasgow during COP  scratch head Good luck with that  biggrin

Most of the galleries (which are mostly free) will be closed for the duration and there are so many road closures around the area that delegates will be lucky to get back to their billet by bedtime. Accommodation costs have been reported at increasing by 900% for the two weeks of the conference so somebody is doing well out if it.
