You have a gas BBQ what do you enjoy cooking

I bought a Cadac 2 Cook 2 that I plan we use in 2021 at home first for experience, it will be powered by a Calor gas cylinder initially, eventually it will be powered from the BBQ gas outlet on the side our Kemerton XL.

Sorting through some CAMC magazines today I keep coming across some interesting recipes written up by Martin Dory that I've cut out and saved.

I'm wondering have you any favourite BBQ recipes you'd be willing to share, even a recommended BBQ recipe book? Though no simply BBQ'ed steak please.

There's an interesting phenomenon with some ingredients and recipes, there isn't always a direct simple link between the simplicity of a recipe and it's eventual experience. That's life.
