Welcome to the forum. I hadn’t heard of the Pescara before it looks a nice layout. I always think the older Autosleepers have a nice finish inside.

Just looked at a Pescara which like others I'd never heard of.
Great layout, must have been copy/paste from the Eriba Triton caravan, absolutely identical
As not a monocoque I'd have a serious damp test done
