Sargent EC325

Has anyone experienced a faulty on/off switch on the front of a Sargent EC325 unit, which is fitted in my 1999 Nuevo. At the moment I have to toggle the switch backward and forwards repeatedly until eventually it turns on with the orange light showing. Wondering whether there is a simple fix for this, or whether it's eventually going to be a new unit. It looks slightly awkward getting the cover off, if indeed the switch can be replaced. Thanks, for any help.

I replaced mine just over a year ago. Details of switch below. Ensure van is disconnected from EHU. The switch can be gently pried out from the front and wires swapped over one at a time to ensure no mistakes.

Yes thank you Peter - I’ve just ordered one as well. Prices have gone up since 2018 - £15.86 now in 2022 because their handling fee is now £9.95!

Switch arrived and was it was an easy job to complete. In fact the hardest thing was getting the switch in and out of the EC325 - not that hard!
