Called into a Starbucks recently. The good lady likes her coffee on the weak side & I take mine strong. Ordered 2 lattes one with 1 shot & asked to have the spare shot put into the other. They then tried to charge me for an extra shot. Backed down eventually amid my protests & also those of the people behind me.
