Disapointed
Well, I just spent yesterday drilling holes in the roof & fitting a crank up sat dish, then today feeding cabling through all the cupboards etc.
I made two set up places, 1 at the rear, tv facing forwards, & a second at the front, tv facing to the rear, so wherever we are, tv is at hand!!
Set up the 22" Cello Traveller, hooked up the sat cable ( no stb as the tv has tuner built-in ) switched on, OH NO! when off, the tv looks ( & is ) brand new.
When powered up, it looks like a shattered window!! 2/3ds screen unwatchable, obviously an internal problem.
Contacted the manufacturers, sent pics & they told me it was caused by 'impact damage' NOT BY ME it wasn't, I think somehow it was packaged like that, so basically, they don't want to know.
I must admit, now having a good look around the tv, it does look a bit flimsy, oh well, UK quality, I have 3 or 4 other 'little' tvs, all well known quality units & they ALL seem much sturdier, & better quality.
Serves me right I suppose, it was cheap ( I wonder why ) but mainly because it was 12v & had the sat-tuner built in.
