Post by ruthasaurus Sat Apr 07, 2012 6:14 pm

Hello my name is Ruth and I am in the process of choosing an autosleeper!

Ive never owned a camper in my life, have only passed my test in June (at the age of 30, it took some time), and Im looking for a VW trident, trooper, topaz, or anything else beginning with T as I have realised. Ive been the passenger of hired camper holidays and absolutely loved them! I read an article today about peoples regrets before they die, and most of them were centred around not having taken opportunities, and not having enjoyed themselves enough. I realised that nobody seems to regret working too little. So here it begins. I can't wait to start driving, exploring, and most of all, enjoying!

Our first camper was a trident after years with the tent! To us it was like a first class hotel on wheels. You go for your 'T' camper, you won't regret it.
Cheers

hi ruth,

you are absolutely right - i worked so hard for so long - a very demanding job / a lone parent / aged parents - i retired end of last year and then realised that my life had been on hold for far to long - i found meevan twixt christmas and new year and now the world (well the uk for now!) is my oyster - and it's such good fun! content

to do what you are doing now is brilliant and i hope you find a good home soon.

this site is amazing - so many lovely people who share, share, share.
