Bed slides removal 2008 Nuevo

Can anyone help please, I am trying to remove the steel sliding part of the bed to give me access to the front fixing screws which have come lose on my 2008 Nuevo. I know there must be a release clip or lever to let the slides come out of the carrier, but I can find it. Has anyone removed these before and know the knack.
