Good afternoon
Hi Everyone,
Just to say thank you for getting me back into the site after months and months of trying to establish my membership again.
I have a 2008 Autosleeper Sandhurst with the automatic gearbox.
We've owned all manner of things including a 1968 Bedford Dormobile, my first new vehicle, up to an all singing all dancing American gas guzzler. Loved 'em all.
We travel twice a year to our home in Cervera del Maestre in Spain from our home here in Scorton, Lancashire.
As we're only on t' pension we save a few shillings hither and yon by using the ferry from Portsmouth to Bilbao and as we have a little dog we always book a 'Pet friendly cabin'. Works for us as mileage from door to door is only 610 but were we to go the long way round and do the Dover/Calais route the mileage is 1275.
When we're here in the UK our favourite destination these days is Scotland, anywhere and everywhere. On the continent we just nip out say for 150 miles or so or go a little further and explore the delights of Portugal.
I've been caravanning and or motor homing for the last forty six years and so am still learning and getting to grips with anything new like us folks who were used to gas mantles and the like.
I'm pleased to say that a question I asked earlier on today with regard to tyre pressures has been answered in full, many thanks.
Enough about me.

Re: Good afternoon
Hi there,
Welcome from a sunny but windy day in Skegness.
(There's a reason one of the biggest wind-farms in Europe is just off Skegness beach!)
Best regards,
