Hi to all existing members of the forum.

After a number of years hiring campervans and looking at them enviously when camping with our trailer tent we have finally taken the plunge and bought a 2008 A-S Symbol.

A bit smaller and different style than we really wanted, an Autoquest 120 was the ideal, but having measured our driveway it was clear that parking space was going to be a deciding factor and the smaller footprint will allow us to go where larger vans would be a problem.

Given the atrocious weather since buying it we haven't had an opportunity to use it overnight yet but looking forward to Spring whilst sorting out a couple of niggles with leisure battery charging and rear visibility with bike rack/box attached - will probably be posting more on this in near future to benefit from experience of other owners.

There should be no problem with visibility. Just get the other half of the "we" out there guiding you in! dance-smiley10

Not sure why you cannot see OK with the big mirrors on these vans.
i have parking sensors on the rear,but i am always getting help if this a tight situation.
The interior mirror is of limited use.
