Re: Towing with a Broadway
Hi, I've just spoken to Peter Kingsnorth at A/S ( Tech on Towing ) and he confirms that the Sigma EL is the same body as the Broadway EL, ie just a change of name. He also told me that if I got a reputable manufacturer to fit the towbar to my Sigma and A frame to my Peugeot 107 at the same time, and also kept within the legal weight limit of the back axle then there would be no problem. I also stressed to Peter that I only fill my water tanks on site and don't carry the kitchen sink ect under the back seats.

Watling engineers of St Albans have been talking to A/s on my behalf and have a solution ( talk to Ben at Watling)

Watling did the Towbar on my Broadway (Al-Ko, not the standard chassis) and did a very good job. I would recommend them and would certainly use them next time around as well

Just towed peugeot 106 with new Broadway LP EK and went okay for me. Will be having the suspension fitted with air assist as the body sway whan towing is noticeable. 2.2 engine pulled okay but will for sure have the engine upgrade next time.

Watling did my tow bar last week as now tow bars have to be type approved. Good job and freindly outfit. had a good talk with the owner about towing and all things motorhome.
David preferred. Woodchuck is a name I inherited from my days in the Middle East.
