I just want to say hello. I am a motorhome engineer and I hope that I can help people on the forum. I don't want to be accused of advertising so haven't included my details.

Welcome from North Wales handshake You've put your website on your contact details so at least we can find you. Not sure if we have a 'trade member' category.

I don't like the Unity desktop either so switched back to Gnome, or there's always Kubuntu which I haven't tried (yet).

To answer the question on Ubuntu - yes I'm running it on a number of machines. The new 12.10 version has made big improvements to the user interface.

Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Hi there,

Welcome from a warm and sunny Gruissan Plage! beachball

Like the idea of keeping your credentials secret. It will be specially useful when you need a "My Ace beats your King!" moment!! Whistle1

Best regards,
