Technically not a newbie, but had to resort to registering as a new person with a different email & user name, due to being locked out of my account & not able to get in touch with any admin persons.  

I have been a member of the forum, not particularly active I admit, probably since we have had our Autosleeper Lancashire 2011.  It has been an almost perfect van for us, for the past 11 years.

OK, now to what I really need is how to get back into my original account.   I tried asking for a password reset,  I have everything set for auto login on my computer as recommended & still here I am, because I kept getting locked out.  What do I do?  Please admin help.

Perhaps try Admin's email via his profile?

I will now I have access, so frustrating when you can't access any help outside the forum.
