Tracking down a 90s camper

Hi, I don't own a camper myself although one day I will.

My grandparents did however and we had such fun times in it. It was a Talbot Express Autosleeper Harmony, H reg. 

What I'd ideally like to do is find out how it's doing since it was sold in 2003 and what sort of adventures it's been used for, that sort of thing. I've looked on the Gov.uk websites that show MOT and Tax history and can see it was still running until 2022/23 which is great but it failed it's MOT in June and wasn't taxed. But there's hope yet, maybe it's being worked on.

I know the number plate and thought I'd ask on this forum if there's a good or recommended way of shouting out to the members just in case the current owner happens to be on here!
