Christmas has started Empty Christmas has started

Not even August and Tesco have mountains of Quality Street , Roses and Celebration 'tins'. I suppose it helps spread the cost but just seems too early.

It’s the same in our Tesco, Paul. Mountains of them, as you say. I wondered if it was left over stock from last year and quickly walked the other way.

A couple of weeks ago our Tesco reduced all their summer stock and I said, jokingly, that they must want space for Christmas trees shrugg We'll be shopping tomorrow so I'll be watching for the towers of sweet tins. Always fancied "accidentally" hitting one with my trolley biggrin
