Marquis latest great work

October 2022, Marquis have the van for four days, confirm fridge doesn’t work on mains and needs a new PCB which is on backorder. Water stained door cards need replacing, will need to be ordered.
April 2023, hadn’t heard anything, phoned them, booked in for July 2023
July 2023, Marquis have the van for three days, confirm fridge doesn’t work on mains and needs a new PCB, which is on backorder. Water stained door cards need replacing, will need to be ordered.
Apparently there is no record of the warranty claims created in October 2022 in the system. Unbelievable.
