door will not open on Nevo 2 (2011) model

Hi  My entry door will not open when i use the key outside or door catch inside.  The little button on the inside catch goes up and down when using the key or the inside handle so everything seems to be working ok. Can anyone help us to solve this problem?  Thanks for any replies.  Micky

Problem solved-for those that did not know the two setscrews that hold the top catch in place had come loose. they are behind the plastic cover.

We had a similar problem on our 2011 Nuevo. At the top of the door frame are 3 prongs which connect to the door lock mechanism. Ours weren’t connecting properly until I adjusted the door, now all works fine.
