Broadway internal spotlights

I am probably forgetting how to do this but since using the van this week I can’t get the internal spotlights to switch on.
Each spotlight has its own switch but is there a master switch for these lights?

There are two lighting circuits shown in the handbook, fuses 10 & 11, perhaps a fuse gone caput on one circuit?
