Intel 907 Empty Intel 907

Our Symbol plus came with a satellite TV system, having never had one before, I rang the installer who fitted it for the previous owner to ask why sometimes I couldn't receive from Astra 2. When this was explained to me, they said that on the occasions that I couldn't get Astra 2, I should be able to get a signal from Intel 907 using the supplied Mini Combo extra box and remote.

However, this was not supplied when we bought the van(I will check with the dealer but don't hold much hope).

I have no clue about satellite TV especially in a motorhome context, so would appreciate any information satellite users can offer.
