AVTEX tv & Roadpro dome only getting BBC HD ?

Help!   Roadpro Dome locks onto Astra2 s but AVTEX TV is only getting BBC1 HD, BBC2 HD & CBBC ???

Our tv got all channels in our previous mh which had a digital aerial,,, I’ve done reset, advanced search scan endless times, spoke to roadpro, been in touch with AVTEX who tell me as our tv L165DRS is about 8 years old they don’t have updated channel list . Weird, as had all channels off the digital aerial on other mh, only part exed for new mh two weeks ago and I’m baffled …. Any advice much appreciated… don’t know how to post a photo on here, I’ve got pics of it locked onto astra2 and pic of tv working bbc1 hd with guide up saying no information on all other channels
