Perhaps our Duetto wasn’t as bad as I thought. Having said that we don’t know how bad that one is underneath. 
I know newer vehicles are supposed to be less prone to rust and in theory shouldn’t end up like that but I spotted a 21 plate Fiat based small coach built motorhome with paint peeling off the bonnet. Considering the price of motorhomes now that’s disgraceful.shrugg

   Last Mot a pass in 2011.

The Fiat/Peugeot peeling paint problem has been happening for years. My 2010 has paint coming off constantly,  little areas mostly along the two roof seams from above windscreen backwards that I'm constantly touching in. The top coat hasn't adhered to the primer, so I get small patches of grey showing on my white van. I am surprised that its still happening on the 21 plate you saw.
