I haven't had damp issues (yet), but have had water coming inside via the seals in way of the awning and also cracked seals on the same place on the other side - I would monitor these areas carefully.  All fixed under warranty.  Habitation checks have all been ok up to now (2019 Broadway EB).  I would also check the vehicle very carefully on pick up from what I have learnt - trims are properly fixed and glued, habitation interior door frame correctly installed with all fixing screws, tank insulation pads are fully stuck on etc etc.  Basically, have a really good look around!  I hope you enjoy it!

We had fairly significant damp in our Broadway after 5 years. We also had damp in every caravan we previously owned so perhaps we are doing something wrong! Probably the lack of use.

Anyway, we traded up to a new Bourton. Would have taken ages to get the damp repaired so selling privately was out of the question. Note that AS damp warranty is not transferable so if you buy secondhand you rely on the (usually very limited) dealer warranty.

On my new EL the table post pulled out of floor, it was fixed down with 1 inch screws which screwed only in to the floor covering and would never ever hold for long. May be worth checking on your new one!
I  made a plate for under floor and long screws right through floor, now much better. Cant believe they fix all posts like this.
