Split Charging Empty Split Charging

hi guys - I have a Peugeot Bailey approach - I have an issue where the leisure battery isn`t charging when I have the engine running. I have checked all the fuses - the habitation lights go out when they should. 
I have been told the split charge relay is under the cover in the pillar next to the drivers seat - the fuse to this is fine. can anyone shed any light please. possible faulty PCB ?

Its unlikely that any member of this forum will have experience of your Bailey as we are Autosleeper Owners

All the AS vans of the age of yours have Sargent EC500 electrical systems fitted - what does your van have?

Hi Peter,
it has a BCA power distribution panel. If I could get my hands on the electrical diagram I could work it out but no one seems to have one.

after having sent a technical request to Bailey to no avail - i rang a very helpful man who informed me that my model wasn`t fitted with a split charge function from the factory - been chasing something that doesn`t exist  confused3
The only way to charge the leisure battery is through the mains.
I am going to retro fit a split charging voltage sensitive relay myself to help the LB along when the engine is running.
