Autosleeper Malvern leaking roof

Has anyone had a problem with water ingress around the seals of the air con unit? So far our 2015 vehicle has had three unsuccessful repairs to resolve this issue. Yesterday I put a straightedge on the roof and there is a 4mm depression where the weight of the air con has deflected (buckled) the roof which I believe is the root cause of the leak as it challenges the air con unit seal.
