Dry,fresh wind free mornings, ideal walking conditions, not getting light till about 5 now, Suns just rising.
More early traffic on the roads this morning, maybe some more heading for work?.

Looks like the makings of a nice one, calm winds and sun warming up, remind me why I sold my yacht again? Been making a pair of gates, should finish today and get them hung then later I feel the chair beds coming on for siesta. Would normally head for the favourite beach but it just isn't worth it right now. Have a safe one all.

We're forecast sunny intervals and light winds and that's just about what we have so far. Max temp only 17c today, so hardly sun lounger time up here. Having got rid of our campervan a few weeks ago, we're being driven towards getting a caravan to enable our house move. Our buyers and their buyers are getting highly impatient, driven by the thought that lockdown may return sooner, rather than later. Meanwhile our vendors solicitors sat on our contact enquiries for three weeks doing nothing at all, because they furloughed the member of staff involved and didn't check her email which contained our solicitor's enquiries.
Our vendors are moving out into rented, but landlords won't confirm tenancies until they've exchanged contracts on the sale to us. Apparently due to the risk of lockdown solicitors are generally exchanging and completing in two days. That doesn't play well for our vendors trying to find somewhere to rent.
If we had a caravan we could put the house in store, sell our place to get the buyers off our backs, have a holiday and deal with our purchase as a separate transaction. Seems drastic, but might be best way.

Our weatherperson forecast a sunny day for us before monsoon rain tomorrow, nearly right except for a very heavy rain shower at lunchtime tap_fingers My grumpy mood was not helped after a trip to Halfords for something they said was in stock wasn't. I was directed to another store that definitely had the item......they didn't. I surprised you didn't hear my growl confused3

Turned out nice yesterday afternoon, large Harvest Moon this morning before sunrise, much cooler, ideal dog walking weather,
Got crapped on by a gull this morning ,direct hit on the foreheed.
Lucky I had some botty wipes ( dog wipes) in my fleece.

That is very lucky Boaby, it might have been an albatross! Lovely sunrise taking place here with a few clouds so very pretty sky, couple of coachbuilts parked up overnight where they shouldn't be but not doing any harm. Everywhere is full so maybe should open our grounds to campers!

Very gritty luck them GH, the Albatross didn't stay very long I'm afraid, my pal took some photos from a distance, didn't realise how big they are.
Busy along our coast too, not the numbers you guys have but enough for us.
Overcast now with light showers.

Surely the bird was too far away by the time you got them out hugegrins

Weather forecast was spot on unfortunately, it has tipped down non-stop since first thing. Horrible day, very wet and pretty cold as well. Thankfully not sitting in the van on a site wave

Rain has just kept going, lots of localised flooding around and the Rest and be Thankful has been closed by a landslip again. Unfortunately the old Military road, used as a diversion was blocked as well. What month is it again, oh aye August, the same month last year that we got caught on a flooded pitch at Killin and 13 years ago at Cobleland Whistle1

warm but rained since about 11am down here in west Cornwall, first glimmers of brightness as the weather front passes through now so should be dry to put the rubbish and recycling out later.

It's been dull and windy all day here and we've just had a short shower.

We had our first meal out since February, with lunch at the Hand and Trumpet. Quite busy but definitely distanced.

Rain here again overnight but has the making of a good day. Very still and quiet everywhere. tree surgeons found a nest with eggs yesterday and stopped cutting. Wouldn't this have been an old one this time of the year. Think it was a pigeon nest

Absolutely glorious here on the East Coast, was up at 4.30am and in the garden with a coffee, the only fly in the ointment is we have a corn field at the back and we are covered in the thunder flies and they get everywhere

Temperatures ramping up here, so is the traffic, nose to tail already on the Scarborough road
Parasols up in the back garden, Cadac locked and loaded.
Have a nice day.

Back from the old peoples shop at 0830, traffic is really heavy in parts heading for the beach. Sun is now shining brightly, clear blue sky it will be a hottie but think we will just stay away and leave the emmets (ants) to it! allthumbz

Mostly blue sky but sun hiding behind some cloud. Expected temp 25 today, not the 36 forecast down south. 25 is fine for me, i hate it any hotter.
