Hi

I have had one on an Eriba Troll, and one on a Trident. I thought they were very good, but I would always roll it up at night as it is very simple thing to do. I have seen the damage a sudden squall can do. So err on the side of caution. I always tie my present one down with strong guylines.

I've seen one that was blown right back over the top of the van and did considerable damage to the van. I always roll ours away at night because of this.
I wasn't the caravanstore type though.

Hi there,

Better to roll it in than be stood outside at 2am in a surprise thunderstorm with teeming rain running down the back of your pyjamas - like me two weeks ago! oh_blast!

Live and learn; if you manage to live long enough!!

Best regards,

As well as adding a rafter to your Fiamma awning I also use the following
