2019 Burford door lock

Hi all
Advice needed I seem to have an intermittent fault with my habitation door with my remote key fob. Sometimes it locks/ unlocks from the outside but from the inside it works every time. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Keith, did you sort your hab door, try cleaning the 2 silver pins and square pads near the hinges, they’re part of the electrical connection I think.  Our habitation door won’t lock on the fob at all but stripped door down and the actuator is not the fault as previous threads have said, so we must have a damaged wire somewhere, not sure if it’s possible to get a wiring plan.
