Satelite System Empty Satelite System

It Anyone got the SR Mecatronic Satelite system on there motorhome, ours works fine when we arrive on site and turn on it locks on fairly quickly, however if we shut it down and then turn on a few hours later it will not lock on again, anyone else had or got this issue or do we have another problem.
