Hi All, Looking for help on the subject of someone who has a ladder fitted; or someone who has a ladder fitted & can point me in the direction of a company to fit a ladder to my Cotswold EB. Just had some work done by Marquis on water pump & heating. I asked if they would be able to fit a ladder, thinking in Feb when my Bank balance returned to normal to find they had gone ahead & fitted one. Great I thought as I left in a hurry to get to Cardiff for work training. It wasn't till I got back home I was able to look at my new ladder to find they'd fitted a fiamma that stopped three quarters of the way up the back panel. So I still cant get onto the roof & if I got up there I definitely wouldn't be able to get down.

I think they haven’t given you the bottom half which hooks onto the bottom step and reaches down to the floor.  This system may seem a pain but it helps security wise

Hi Roger, Yes the bottom bit was there. It's a foldable one so folds out to the floor.

Looks like you were expecting the Deluxe 8 model?
