Bathroom sink replacement

My bathroom sink definitely needs replacing in my nuevo 2004 and would like the whole panel replaced but I've just been quoted 2k   Can I source the sink or whole panel from autosleeper parts/sales and would it be very difficult to do

First call AS spares dept, quote your build number (label in glovebox) and they will tell you if parts are still available and price. You don't say who quoted the price of £2k but if not AS , then again it's worth asking AS service dept for their price to do it.
