AUTOSLEEPER PALERMO REAR FIXED BED PROBLEM

Hi everyone

Looking for help in trying to sort out the problem we are experiancing with the rear fixed bed in our recent purchase of our Autosleeper Palermo.
The bed seems to dip in the middle making it uncomfortable for a good nights sleep, having looked under the mattress it looks like it could do with an extra support bar fitting to it down the centre to help the support.
If anyone else has experianced same problem we would be glad to hear from you with any ideas in solving our dilema.
