Thetford toilet

Hi all
I have now managed to locate and close the dump valve, allowing me to fill the fresh water tank. But I still can't flush the toilet. Before I think about the pump being broken is there anything obvious that I might have missed? When I press the flush button I can hear what I assume is the pump, but no water is flushing through. Thanks

As far as I know the Nuevo has separate flush tank to the main tank (my earlier 2006 one did). Above the toilet outside hatch there will be a small hatch about 6" square, that's where you fill the flush tank. Just fill until you can see the level of water.
