My wife and I have just bought our first campervan (2009 Symbol) after MANY years deliberation. Our children have recently flown the nest and we have taken early retirement so it was now or never.
We started with a couple of day trips and have just come back from two nights away on the Mendips, complete with sub-zero temperatures; we loved it! We have realised that there is a lot to learn, but are finding other campers to be friendly and helpful.
We're sure that being members of this forum will be a good source of advice and support.
