Hi to everyone wave , new to ASOF and fairly new to motorhoming for that matter. It was our families first year last year after having the usual package holidays to the usual places. What a fantastic introduction it's been, lots of weekends away and a exceptional 5 weeks touring France last year. We probably have one of the older motorhomes on the forum being an 21 year old AS Talisman called Monica. The fact she is so old and still in very good condition is testament to the AS build quality,we covered over 4000 miles in France last summer with no major problems.
We are very much looking forward to the season ahead especially getting away for the summer holidays with the kids. Not sure where this year possibly France again maybe Spain who knows, open to suggestions biggrin

Best regards
Dave.

Welcome to the forum. I am sure you enjoyed motorhoming in France . Dont be alarmed if people stare at your van - they envy the old A-S vans as they dont have anything as decent looking. Out of interest what part of Manchester are you from N, S, E or W ?

Hi Dave, warm welcom from NI. We had 3 weeks last year in France in our AS Exec and yes they do not seem to have such 'compact' vans and we got a lot of looks on sites
