Willersley Part Dept

I continually read threads about service from Autosleepers, Yesterday at 14.30 I ordered a part from stores. It arrived at 09.30 this morning, how much better service than that, part ordered was damaged by me and our MH is not in warranty. Excellent Service. This is our fourth AS MH and still satisfied. I thought Alan in the parts dept would be a hard act to follow when he retired but heard several good comments about the lady who has taken his place, unfortunately I can't remember her name.

Hi , I had a similar experience with the parts dept , a young lady called Kathryn was 110% ,identified the part , and I recd it next day ,brilliant!!   Regards    Paul B 

I also had very quick delivery of the part I ordered using the online system. One thing to think of is they have a min. £5 order + p/p. As the part I wanted ( plastic draw catch) was 25p, you can guess the quantity I ordered to make up to £5. I now have plenty of spares!

Hi, I also was pleasantly surprised on the speedy and very helpful service from Katherine when I ordered my replacement water tank.
Makes a nice change from the service I don't get when I want parts for my car!.

A couple of months ago I needed a replacement Remis rooflight inner cover which arrived the next day, it was a pleasure to deal with Kathryn, couldn't fault the service.
I've always found the staff to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, long may it continue.
