Water filler cap & housing for T25 Trident Empty Water filler cap & housing for T25 Trident

The Trident dates from 1989.  The filler cap lock is totally jammed after 2+ years of disuse.  I have removed the filler housing but despite copious applications of WD40 cannot budge the lock.  Any suggestions?
