Hello - welcome to the forum.

"Stabilizer" is not a term I recognise on its own - it may be best if you say what it's in relation to. It seems you could mean the power supply unit (as in "voltage stabiliser") but that's just a guess.

There is one at each rear corner there should be a hole in the rear bumper to put the winder through and wind them down, must say we never bothered though. They are like caravan steadies

it could be under the bumper in early versions,

You may mean 'corner steadies'... Look underneath the rear of your vehicle for something the winder will fit on.
As Alf says, we never use ours.

It does pay to wind them down every now and then just to keep free don't put oil or grease on the threads as it only encourages road dirt etc to stick to them. When winding back up when up tight wind down one turn,  carry a 9" square of 3/4" ply to wind them down onto if you do use them.
