Motor-plus Derby Empty Motor-plus Derby

Has anyone had any dealings with Motor-plus?  We went to have a look round and they were very helpful, even had a cup of tea and water for dog. Just wondered what their after sales service was like though?

Motor plus at Derby have been brilliant to us and we didn't buy our van from them, nothing is to much trouble and they have sorted our van out 3 times now, under warranty.

Thank you that is good to hear.  I was very impressed with them when we went to look around so will go with them when we are in a position to get a van.

I've just purchased a new Broadway from them, so after sales is not something I have required yet, however they do appear to be very good with potential and verified purchasers.

I feel comfortable with them as a company and they are an autosleeper premium dealer!
Mark; the after sales mgr is fine to talk to and very helpful!
Not a great email communicator (just my personal view) but he does respond quite quickly!

We bought from them the handover was good, I asked about the lead time for the workshop which was at the time about 4 weeks and so far we've had nothing really wrong and had our 30 day service so all going well

After sales a nightmare to the point we now drive to A/S for warrenty work and servicing, so its now a 2 day trip but the service is excellent. At one point Motor Plus told us we had been using the van too much! Very nice when selling it to us though!
