Hello Empty Hello

Post by DavidC Thu Jun 05, 2014 10:37 pm

Having been camping for more years than we care to consider, and having reached retirement, we decided it was time to 'retire' the trailer tent we've had since 1983 and upgrade to a motorhome.
Purchased a 1999 Peugeot Autosleeper Talisman GX from a local dealer on the edge of the Forest of Dean in January this year, immaculate condition, one previous owner, full service and overhaul before we took possession.  We've so far had a few of days in Dorset, and a break in Shropshire and thoroughly enjoyed the new experience. Sorted a few problems and customised a couple of things to our requirements.  Great to find a community of Autosleeper owners - When we visited a motorhome show after becoming an owner, the only 'better' motorhome we saw was a later model of what we already own - what more can I say.
