G'day from the Forest of Dean Empty G'day from the Forest of Dean

Post by rosgrech Wed Jul 27, 2011 3:30 pm

Hello everyone!

Two wrinklies from the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire - one imported from London the other from Brisbane, Australia.

We have been campervaning and caravanning for a few years but now we are excited hugegrins because we are picking up our newly acquired Ford Legend on Friday. She's an oldie like us (1988) but a grand old lady who has already been christened Gladys and we are so looking forward to taking her out and about.

Will keep you posted as to how we get along with her.

Hope Gladys gives you lots of pleasure
We got married in Queensland 3 years ago but never made it to Brisbane. Absolutely loved Oz (& Ozzies)

Welcome to the forum, Love the Forest of Dean area having camped several times in the forest and stayed with a friend a few miles away a couple of times a year. Your choice of van is good as well, wont bore others about how good I think the Legend is again.
