COBRA ALARM on PEUGEOT BOXER - N/E WALES

Just had a Cobra Alarm 4615 fitted by an authorised installer in the Wrexham area for £270. All doors, bonnet and interior movement alarmed. Visible LED on the dash. The siren is under the bonnet, linked by bluetooth. The system works off my Boxers existing remote key. Not all singing/all dancing, but suits my needs. Will have a full installers certificate to boot.

Had a quick look on Outdoorbits, they do it for £525!!! Maybe there are some extra modules they fit.

Jmn, out of interest - how many flashes do you get on the LED after the alarm is set off by opening the bonnet?
On my Cobra 4615 I get none.

Not sure Gram, not tried that. I have the manual for the 4600 series. According to that you should get 3 flashes:

I get the following:

1 flash - Driver's door
2 flashes - Volumetric sensor (inside)
3 flashes - I don't get three flashes!
4 flashes - Ignition key On
5 flashes - Back door
6 flashes - Side sliding door or passenger door

It would be interesting to see if yours is the same.

Tried it...nothing!!! I couldn't even see the sensor! I will give him a ring next week.
