Gives a slope to the back rest.

Mmm? They used to have a long board the length of the backrest that angled the backrest, I thought those smaller angled bits replaced that but maybe not then.

same on my lancashire, only to buy used when your on site to make it more comfortable. if you use them when driving they may fly off under heavy breaking

Never seen this before, but fairly new to motor homing and caravaning. However, my Dad used to always pull cushions and back rests off the caravan walls when not used to allow air flow. Are these a “posh” way of allowing the air gap without stacking the back rests onto the seat pads. Keeps the van looking pretty even when not in use?
