Bourton Service Channel
Hi All
The floor in my 2014 Bourton is squeaky in front of the fridge area. I understand that there is a service channel in this area for the pipes to run across the van.
Is there a way to strengthen this area to stop the squeak?
Many thanks

Re: Bourton Service Channel
The channel is as far as I know quite narrow and unfortunately the spongy feeling is more likely to be delamination of the floor.
DA Hulse at the back of Don Amott caravan centre are very experienced in repairing these and reasonably priced. It takes a few days to do as the resin has to cure before the floor can be stood on.

Re: Bourton Service Channel
Thanks for the links I had already seen those.
It’s definitely the channel the squeak runs in a straight line from bathroom to fridge and I can sort of feel it. I wanted to know what I was dealing with before I go cutting the Lino out and reinforcing with steel plate.

No need to cut the Lino. Repair from underneath with resin injection
