Thanks Peter, only had the van 3 weeks so finding lots of faults with it, first fault was loss of power going into limp mode, would I have to remove the EC328 to connect it or will the base of the wardrobe come out ?

If there is space you should be able to unscrew the unit and lay it on its front as in my picture, you may have to loosen the ties on the other connecting cables to do that but not necessarily.

This is speculation only, but I was wondering: how could this have come to be like it is? How could someone accidentally have disconnected it and got it (from appearances in the photo) on the wrong side of a wooden panel?
Which makes me think that maybe it was deliberate. Could this be someone's solution to a previous problem of the tank level monitor(s) not behaving correctly - perhaps sounding a "tank full" alarm when it isn't full? Time will tell, I guess...
