Yes replaced mine in a 2015 Bourton. Unscrewed from beneath. Got a £45 one from ASDA.. manual not digital. Secured by screwing in from below. Works great.
Not sure if this will apply to a 2020 Bourton though.

Its looks like you have a different fixing in your van to mine, mine has a metal plate under the microwave to secure it.

But thanks for info I will look at microwaves in Asda.

I have a Dometic Microwave, if your fixing is the same as mine be very careful when removing it. The unit is held in place by the front three screws securing the plate.  The front two feet are fastened to the plate from underneath and vibrate loose causing a rattle issue.  A bit of Loctite thread lock cured this particular rattle for me. The unit is very heavy on one side (due to the weight of the magnetron) and can quite easily lurch to that side when withdrawing it.  It is a wise precaution to protect your worktop with a piece of plywood before removing it.

If you can post a pic then I'm sure we can help you track down a suitable mating connector - or of course you could just remove and rewire up the old one to the new microwave, unless it's moulded.
