SR MECATRONIC SR680

Hi
I have an AR Mecatronic SR680 satellite system fitted by the dealer in 2019 on a New Warwick XL. I have noticed an increasing lack of BBC & no BBC2 channels when I do an auto search linked to an old Avtex tv (2012) Has anyone else noticed this and if so is there a way of upgrading or at least finding BB2 on the search? I did read on the net that some people have lost all BBC programmes and this happened to me when I tried a factory reset via the tv but today I have done another auto search and found some BBC channels but not BBC2. There are numerous ITV channels and Channel 4 & 5 but not much there from BBC. Thank you for your help.
