AS Gloucester Wanted or with same floor plan

Having decided to sell out current home in West Norfolk we plan to 'Full-Time' while looking for a suitable property on the English/Welsh border.
As our current AS Executive is a bit on the small side we have identified the 'Gloucester' floor plan as a possible good option.
So, if you have one for sale in the next few months we could be interested, but require the following; Merc Sprinter Chassis Cowl, Auto Box, Air Con, 50K less miles (within reason) ???
Other options that would suit but not essential is Tow Bar, Habitation Air Con, Awning, etc.
We will be CASH buyers, so if I could see and drive one within a 50/60 mile radius of West Norfolk first , I would be most grateful.
