What Kitchen Tap Worcester 2012?
Does anybody know what kitchen tap was originally fitted in a 2012 Worcester please? Before we picked our van up the dealership replaced the original with a big, clunky thing which just doesn't sit right. We're pretty new to motorhoming but from this site and others I gather that the Worcester is a dealer (Marquis) version of a Winchcombe.

Almost certainly that one, that is similar to mine. May I suggest you use the Autosleeper online parts enquiry form and they can tell you if they have one in stock. You will need the build number of the van, should be on a sticker in the glovebox.
When the worcester was launched in 2011 it was award winning and rather than being a version of the winchcombe it was renamed in 2013/4 as the winchcombe with some minor changes
We have had ours since new in 2012 and it has been arguably the most comfortable motorhome we have owned since starting many years ago. Any questions just ask away, this is a great forum.
Enjoy your new van!

Thanks groundhog
Thanks groundhog,
That's interesting, the Worcester became the Winchcombe as opposed to the Worcester being a version of the Winchcombe. I did contact Auto-Sleepers directly, on the phone, asking about getting an owner's manual but they didn't advise me of that, just told me they don't have a manual.
I did this morning use the Auto-Sleepers parts enquiry service and they asked me for a photo! I've explained the situation and sent a photo of the sink for what that's worth.
Were life long campers but this is our first motorhome. We've had it just over a year but it has spent so much time back at the dealership where we bought it from we haven't used it nearly enough. Lately we found we couldn't get fresh water in using the Whale system and the dealership took 12 (yes, twelve) weeks to fix.
Apologies for going on a bit but I'd just like to say that before we picked up the van for the first time we insisted that the kitchen sink tap be fixed or replaced with one of the same style - over a year later we're still waiting.
Cheers,
Nigel.

That is appalling service, if you would like to PM me with your e mail I can photograph my tap and send you the picture. You should be able to get the handbook online but if not once again you are welcome to copy mine if required. If A/S have the build number then I would have thought they must know which tap it had fitted!

You can download a 2013 Worcester handbook from AS website...

Why they didn't tell you, I can't say.

Except it is actually for
This Handbook covers the Mercedes Surrey
and Northants, both of which are based on
the Mercedes Sprinter 313 CDi medium
wheelbase chassis cab
Though most items will be common.

We had the same tap as Peter L in a 2011 Suffolk, a 2017 Warwick and a 2020 Warwick.

Thanks Paulmold, PLOUGHLIN & Tin wheeler.
I did look at downloads of 2011 and 2013 and found that they didn't wholly apply to my Worcester. The control panel was different if I remember rightly. From that point on I thought 'well I'm on my own'. The response to the first question I've posted has proved me wrong. Thank you all.

There are some on Amazon which look exact replacements for around 20 of your finest British pounds.
