New to us Symbol owner
I had a converted Renault Trafic van before this, but wanted something a little bigger with a bathroom.
I've Spent 4 weekends away so far and slowly getting used to it and upgrading it in the process.
Looking forward to learning more about these vans and seeing other peoples

Ooops, sorry I didn't realise that
I've just looked and I can't see any way of editing my name?

Thank you, he likes going out in the van and exploring new places
The site is Bakewell Camping and Caravanning club site, first time we've been there, it's a really nice site

The only way to change your username is to ask Admin to change it , send him a PM with a suggested new name.Ian H wrote:Paulmold wrote:Welcome, but this is going to be confusing , we already have an IanH (no space between n and H).

Dogs seem to love vanning. Ours remembered every site we visited and always knew his way to the dog walk on a return visit.
We’ve never been to the Bakewell site. It looks a bit similar to the C&CC Kendal site so that’s probably the one I was thinking of.

They are really clever at remembering the things they like and especially in our dogs case, where he gets given treats
The Kendal C&CC site is on out list of places to go

Yes, we didn't realise when we booked it that it was so far away, but Youlgreave is a nice walk along the river away so all was not lost

Kendal is much closer to the town, an easy walk.Ian H wrote:Paulmold wrote:Bakewell is a nice site but unfortunately nowhere near Bakewell, pity as we really like Bakewell.

I think it’s preferable to the CAMC Kendal site.

Re: New to us Symbol owner
Loads of Symbol info on here.
Nice sized van, probably the smallest practical with all amenities.
As to confusion re user names, I can see some (!!) but we have an executive, and rarely, virtually never, actually, use UK sites!
Be better to change it though, there's enough confusion on here already imho!!!

When we looked for our first van the Symbol was on our short list because of its layout and facilities. You have meany travels and adventures ahead.
